Ghost Busting

Several very valuable things learned from last night's local ghost hunt:
  1. Plugging infra-red video cameras into the outlets of a room currently being remodeled can be iffy. Take along rubber-soled shoes.
  2. It is possible for a blind, feeble, 12-year-old Yorkshire Terrier to sound like a herd of ghosts in the room above you, even though he is simply scratching his ears.
  3. There are some big ass beetles in Georgia. And when one is trapped between the window and the screen? And it intermittently flaps its wings? Three ghost hunters will launch out of their seats.
  4. And, yes, if the clock radio on your nightstand pegs the EMF detector, it's time to chuck it in the trash because those nightmares? Yeah, not going to get better until it's gone. That gives a whole new meaning to the term brain fried.
It's 4:30 AM. I'm whipped. See you peeps on Monday.

So have you ever found any ghosts?
I am dying for an infra-red camera too! Is it yours, if so where did you find it?

Those are some excellent suggestions!

*giggles*

I guess my clock radio is working alright ... no nightmares recently.

Wait, I don't have the clock radio there any more, just a digital clock ... no radio part! Does that make a difference, if it's just a clock, or a clock radio??

I don't have nightmares too often, anyways, though. When I do, they're usually doozies, and completely ruin my day to come. :0(

I'm addicted to the Ghost Hunters series on TV.

God I love that show.

It's amazing how much your senses get peeked in such a situation.

Other Heather - None yet. The infra-red camera is owned by the groups' director. Someday I'll have one. Someday...

Avitable - Take them to heart, sweetie!

Melissa - Good! And I think since there's no radio that it does make a difference in the EMF readings.

Bucky - That is an awesome show.

Donna - True!
