I volunteered to co-chair my subdivision's covenants re-write committee. And? For a price? I volunteered to re-type said covenants into a more readable format (a far cry from the created-on-a-typewriter/WordPerfect 2.1 piece of crap we have now). Thus far, at page 22 of the Microsoft Word single-spaced 12 pt. Cambria document I currently control (Mwha-ha-ha-ha! I own you people! Beer cans and flamingos in my front yard! Chain link... Sorry. Out of control there.), I'm ready to cut off my hands. I haven't typed this much since my heady technical writing days. Anyhoo, I decided to pull the document thus far into a
Wordle. Here's what I've got:
I think I'll just turn it in to the Board of Directors as a Wordle and make t-shirts for each property owner. Have a question about where to put your trash can? Look at your t-shirt. Can you buy a basketball goal for your son? Look at the t-shirt.
Genius.

Can't you scan it and use OCR software to put it into text? It would still take a while, and would require close proofreading, but I think it would be better than typing the whole darn thing!
